Seen promptly on time and very attentive to our needs. Doctor and staff very cordial and knowledgeable.
Just so kind and professional. Listens and cares for my constant medical changes. So grateful for Dr. Ryan Patrick and his staff!
Actually, Dr.Patrick is my 101 year old mother’s doctor…. He helped her greatly with the neuropathy in her feet….. she is now able to sleep without the pain keeping her awake at night and keeps her comfortable during the day…… anyone who experiences pain knows what a relief it is to be able to get a good nights rest.
Good visit with Dr. and new Nurse-Practitioner. Hope for tweaking of medication and more frequent monitoring to result in benefit. Downside: Next visit scheduled for December (earliest opening).
Our experience with Dr Patrick was exceptional and my husband, the patient, was pleased with the exam and information given. We are hopeful, based on the Dr.’s comments, that James will receive the Dx test for his condition. However, I had filled out 9 pages of “new patient “ info and mailed via Priority on the 4th and was to arrive on Friday, 12/6/24. At the registration desk, (12/10/24) we were informed by Melonie that they did not receive and proceeded to give me a new packet of papers to complete. It took me over 2 hours to fill out(thoroughly) the original packet which included several signatures by James. No way I could complete such in the space of 20 minutes. I advised that she do some serious checking in their “MAIL DEPT!” Fortunately, among his other files, James brought a Copy of the Required forms. NOT IMPRESSED!!
When I called 911 that evening, I honestly prepared myself to not see my dad alive again after that due to how quickly and severely he had fallen sick. After his negative COVID results came back, I walked into his ER room about 30 minutes after we arrived and he was alert (he was even smiling!) and receiving the necessary medications and treatments to help him. Immediately, everyone began helping him as a TEAM between each department quickly and efficiently to ensure my dad was taken care of and comfortable. It's almost like they were Angels bringing him back to me! I knew he was in the very BEST hands! My dad hasn't stopped talking about how greatly his opinion of Peterson hospital has changed after the phenomenal care he's received over the past couple of days. He said everyone is being so helpful and caring, thoughtful, and shows its a TEAM effort! He has so much more respect for PRMC and the staff and is so appreciative of everyone. He didn't stop bragging on how helpful and nice everyone has been to him and our family.
