It was so much easier to do it over line than I have to hassle with a ride and going into the doctors office and waiting it was nice The staff and the doctor are very well knowledgeable, and treat you with respect and dignity. I really like this doctor and his staff.

The receptionist was very fast and nice. The nurse they called us in was very nice very efficient. She talked to us about everything made sure we had to over questions down for the doctor. And she listened to us as we talked about the what was going on. The doctor however was the sweetest and kindest he answered all questions kept asking if we had any questions whenever he finished with one of the sections of my medical make sure we didn't have any other questions listen to us. Took time to make sure we had all our questions answered and make sure we didn't have any more he made us feel like he really cared and was really understanding to our issues.

Such an amazing Doctor with the most kindest bedside manner, which is rare these days sadly. He took the time to hear my mother as I sat in next to her. Was very thorough and explanatory. Even took the time to ask me my opinion and thoughts on my mother’s situation, again, very rare. I am so glad he is with Peterson! My mother absolutely loves him!! Dr. Del Los Santos I highly recommend for a pulmonologist specialist.
