Building Confidence: BIG & LOUD for Life

Peterson Health’s certified “BIG & LOUD” therapists are proud to provide encouragement and support to Parkinson’s patients who have completed the “BIG” and/or “LOUD” programs.
These classes aim to maintain and continue progress with the home exercise portion of the “BIG & LOUD” programs. All skill levels are welcome to attend as exercises will be modified based on each individual’s needs.
If you have formally completed the “BIG” and/or “LOUD” program, join us the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month from 3 to 4pm.
All classes are held in the Bennack-Polan Fitness Studio at the Wellness Center on the second floor of the Hospice and Home Care Building located at 250 Cully Drive in Kerrville.
Class fee: $5 per class (credit or debit card only)
Complimentary for Wellness Center members
Punch card option: $20 for 6 classes (pay for 4 classes, get 2 classes free)
