Join us for a free Community Caregiving Class at The Center for Fitness in Kerrville. Being a caregiver for someone you love can be equally challenging as well as rewarding. Whether you are caring for a partner, parent, or friend, the dynamic of change in relationship can be stressful. Our connection and deep relationship with these loved ones is also what give us the greatest reward since our devotion is an act of service and love.

November is National Caregivers month, a time to raise awareness, educate, and give support to our caregivers. Peterson Health invites caregivers to an education class led by professionals who understand the challenges of caregiving. Peterson Health will provide information and education on emotional support for caregivers, advanced directives, fall prevention, safe handling, and nutrition.
