My appt was at 3:30 didn't leave until after 5pm and most of that was waiting. They must have been really busy. Made morning appt for next time
Been here about 5 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. A is awesome and I’m glad I found them. Take care of me very well.
This was my first telehealth session with Dr. Arellano. She has been my cardiologist for many years. I trust her for the care she gives me. She is very knowledgeable of cardio care and has assisted me with my pulmonary condition at times. I find her very kind and a true professional. I also want to share my appreciation for her care team Kiara, Holly, and NPC Nick Clark, as well as the rest of the other nurses and reception technicians.
Dr. Arellano is fantastic! She listens, asks questions and makes sure she understands what you’re trying to say! Best doctor I’ve been to in years!!!!!
Dr. Arellano spent way more time with me than I expected. She asked lots of questions and really listened to what I was saying. Brody and Adrian were very professional and put me at ease. The whole appointment was wonderful.
I was unexpectedly a patient at Peterson for four days, from the emergency room to the West Wing of the 3rd floor. Everyone - nurses, doctors, technicians, maintenance staff, food service, administrators, etc. - treated me with care and concern. I certainly did not want to be in the hospital, but they all made the stay a lot easier. Any call from me was answered immediately. The doctor on staff during my stay explained things in terms I could understand. Food service checked with me if I hadn't called as usual. Special services personnel checked on me there and when I got home. And, a special thank you to the wonderful nurses and technicians who were with me 24 hrs a day. You all are great!
